Herr Kubb turned out to be Mr Benn

Now after a half life time, I finally discovered how the cartooned "Herr Kubb" originally is a MR BENN, by other words British and not Polish /Czech as I suspected from my memories.

Saw him walk into costume shop again, now disguised as a music video, which sounds like from the 80's when I watched Mr Benn /Herr Kubb on swedish television, rather than early 70's when this series were created:
